Binance is locked out of the EU. So is 80% of crypto.
July 1, MiCA enforcement began. Binance pulled its application and walked - no new EU signups, no deposits, no spot orders.
Of 1,200+ firms registered under the old national rules, just over 200 got a CASP license. For the rest it is not just a trading ban - without a license you cannot market or solicit EU clients at all. The EU ad taps are off.
The users didn't vanish. The legal map changed.
The rest of the world didn't. LATAM, Asia, MENA - crypto-native, mobile-heavy, barely contested. Target by country or language, live in 15 minutes - since 2011.

Dating CPAs on iOS are getting ugly - installs up ~19% this year, everyone bidding the same inventory.
Move nobody makes: crypto-payment ad networks. Not «crypto only» - same publishers carry dating, mobile, ecom. Cheaper rooms, same users.

a16z just published «the end of ads.» agents buy, no one watches banners, etc.
half right. attention ads are dying.
but an agent still has to discover your product somewhere - and it trusts onchain proof over a pretty creative. that's not the end of ads. that's the end of ads that can't prove anything.

Everyone fights over US/UK/DE caps, then cries about CPMs. That's just what bidding against the whole industry costs.
Same converting user sits in India, Indonesia, LATAM at a fraction. Mobile-heavy, crypto-native, barely contested. If your offer takes crypto, that's free margin you're skipping.
