@CapitalmindMF @deepakshenoy One of the reasons why we are recommending this flexi cap. I don’t need another large cap biased flexi cap fund. D: invested.

@ActusDei I think better option would be DSP global Fund or Edelweiss Greater China Fund than ETFs.

China has flooded the world with solar panels, EVs, batteries & steel at prices nobody on Earth can match. The FT is calling it "world-altering." They're not wrong. Indian investors should sit up & take note. Here's why. 🧵

@Crazynaval They have been a lot more aggressive in the ELSS and have deployed more cash. At this point, the size of the fund is becoming a challenge. Generally, they don’t hold more than 40-45 companies.

PPFAS changes for March 2026 are out. Billion dollar question: Cash is still 19% (hardly any down from February level) but this is on account of portfolio value going down + new inflow - deployment. have they shopped !! Yes, almost across all names - Highest in HDFC bank: almost 2000 crore / 20% new addition, kotak bank 19% , icici bank 9% -infosys and TCS at 30% and 20% addition and HCL at 8% addition. IT is now 8% as of March 2026 - in small cap space added in Gas companies and CMS and reduced from Balkrishna tyre further is fund manager ko koi jaldi nahi hai :) #ppfas #onefund

Many schemes from Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund dominated charts in 2024. Across categories, they were ranked #1. Then came 2025… and the same funds slipped to near the bottom. This raises a SERIOUS question 👇 Should you chase last year’s top funds? A 🧵

@Rational1947 @CalmInvestor @CapitalmindMF @deepakshenoy Too early to judge. And comparing all flexi cap funds using the same metric isn’t the most effective approach. Each fund manager follows a distinct investment philosophy and strategy, which performs differently under different market conditions.

This is the start of my thread on #Budget2026. Please be aware that I'm prone to dad jokes, meandering segues and in general, commentary that might not enhance your life in any meaningful way whatsoever. I've been doing this a while now, so if you're familiar, welcome back!

. @Goenka_Tushar1 asked this question to Peyush Bansal during our interview Are you over estimating TAM? He replied , "Ki farak painda hai? (What difference does it make?)' It doesn't matter what the TAM is beyond the point. You go to any place and you do an eye test of 10 children, 10 adults and you can know what the TAM is. You don't need so many monitors and reports to do that. I don't get into this beyond a point, I don’t track it, I think this is an analyst’s job." google.com/amp/s/www.mone…

Titan vs Lenskart - Who to trust Titan just mentioned in their concall that Eyewear market size is ~30k Crs right now, and ~45k Crs in 2030 Lenskart says eyewear market size is ~75k Crs now, and 1.5 Lac Crs in 2030. Their estimates for market size is basically 2.5X of Titan Who is correct? 🤔

What a ride it's been! And it starts again, now.
Vashistha Iyer@uptickr

10 years in the making. In 2016, three months after I first started at @capitalmind_in, we had only enough cash to pay two more months of salaries. 6 months later @deepakshenoy, @shraychandra and I discussed this outrageous idea that we'll become a mutual fund one day. Since then - it's been a long journey preparing for it. To run a highly regulated business. We've run RA, RIA, PMS and AIF. And now, with an immense sense of responsibility, we're launching our first MF scheme. The Capitalmind Flexi Cap Fund NFO is now open for subscriptions. And of course, remember that: Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully. Link to NFO Presentation in 🧵

Folks, the wait is over! Capitalmind Mutual Fund has officially received SEBI approval. This is a major milestone in bringing our quantitative data-driven approach to all investors. Exciting times, and we look forward to launching our first scheme soon! Make your money work harder than you do. Win at Life. #CapitalmindMF

Thank you, China and President Xi. They stood up to the bully and called his bluff. While the rest of the world hesitated, China was prepared for the Trump tariffs. They didn’t flinch.

Gold, back in focus 🧈 Two things are interesting. 1. Gold prices are going up 2. SGBs that were traded at a premium in the secondary market are now at a discount. If you want to buy these SGBs at a discount, do read this thread 🧵

Biden pardons his son. Trump pardons Capitol rioters. Same game, different players, different ways. Some do it under the table, others over it —or switch sides entirely. Apologies for the political rant 🙏

With SEBI’s move to disclose risk-adjusted returns, it’s now easier to make apples-to-apples comparisons across funds. As a DIY investor, you can better identify mutual funds that offer consistent returns relative to the risk taken. At Fabits, we go beyond the basics, analyzing multiple parameters to match you with mutual funds that align with your goals and risk tolerance. Our approach ensures that your investments work for you. D: This is not Investment Advice Fabits is a member of SEBI, NSE, BSE, CDSL and AMFI

- While this could potentially deliver better long-term returns, it also comes with higher volatility (read: more swings in NAVs and your portfolio's P/L). The challenge? Many DIY investors focus solely on returns without fully understanding the risks involved. This could lead to picking funds that are riskier than they’re comfortable with.

SEBI is making mutual fund selection more consistent and transparent! Here’s how 👇 SEBI now requires mutual funds to disclose the information ratio, a key metric for risk-adjusted returns. But what does this mean for you?
