Rule is same:
- no extra carbs.
- no sugar.
- Track calories
- daily movement.
- deep work blocks.
- water & sleep over everything.

i’m starting 75 hard challenge tomorrow and i’m doing it publicly here’s why: i’ve been a digital nomad for 3 years and the hardest part isn’t the travel, it’s the routine. or the lack of it. i realized my body has been trying to tell me something for a while so i’m committing to 75 hard -daily movement -more water -structured work blocks -and no carbs or sugar all of it while i stay italy. the country where every single dish has carbs, sugar or both. the timing is not ideal but that’s kind of the point i’ll be sharing daily updates here. wish me luck!

day 1 starts today
here’s how i’m breaking it down for the next 75 days:
-two movement sessions daily (morning + afternoon) focused on neck, posture, and nervous system
-one hour walk (2x 30min)
-three work blocks (2h each)
-2 liters of water
-no refined sugar, no refined carbs
-30 minutes of reading before bed
-evening routine
not a diet. not a transformation. just 75 days of showing up for myself consistently.

i’ve been badgeless on x for a reason
i didn’t want one from a project i wasn’t genuinely involved with
so this one means something
i’ve been working with @Fhenix on the content side for about 6 months now. at ethcc we ran a full creator activation together and it was one of my favorite things i’ve done this year
the way they approach marketing is different. they actually invest in creators and in community and i think more projects could learn from that
excited to keep building together
