Hey @TNLUK I have 15p in my account (any scammer that can get it, please take it!), and my debit card has changed. I cannot update the card on your site as I have a 15p balance!!!! You call centre has been 'Experiencing very high call volumes and assisting other players' every time I have tried ringing, at different many different times of the day over the last 4 weeks. I'm don't think you actually have a call centre, and I very much doubt the claim of "assisting other players", given no one can contact your call centre. Also, you AI chat bot services is about as useful and effective as the current US Administrations foreign polices.

@TNLUK @brianwhelton Surely any decent customer service offering would be to ask for a DM and advise that a call would be made to resolve the issue. Asking someone to keep trying after 4 weeks of not getting through is not acceptable.

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble. Our system will not allow a change of card details with a balance on the account, in compliance with money laundering regulations. If you're not able to withdraw the funds, all I can advise is to keep trying, and hopefully you'll get through to an agent who will be able to assist you. ^Nico

Hello @bbuk @ITV @ITVX @BanijayEnt @BanijayUK, I hope this finds you well. Big Brother 2025, what an absolute mess. I can't even find the words. My favourite show is dying. I find it baffling that after a good Celebrity Big Brother in the spring with great improvements, we've gone back to square one again in a matter of months?! It makes me question whether the producers care more about CBB than BBUK. Something has to change as UBER OBSESSIVE fans are wanting to turn off their favourite show. Some people need sacking or at least do their Big Brother homework because when we, the public, think we could've done better job over a paid producer. It's quite scary 🤣 Disclaimer: This is just my opinion. You can have yours too but abuse or calling me sad, a nerd or whatever when you have a music artist or whatever as your profile picture is quite ironic and it won't be tolerated ❤️ Here are a few notes with positive and negatives for each topic: 👀 Launch Night: In 25 years of Big Brother, I have never seen such a sad Launch Night and we seen some bad ones in the past but this year's... my god! The twist was dreadful and has pretty much been done before, no one likes an immediate eviction. There was absolutely no excitement on the night. The structure was odd, giving them some eye ball that was running down a tube (which was only shown once because it was boring). Not to have all Housemates enter on Launch was ridiculous. You could argue that the better Housemates were left till the next day. Why did the show do this? Who knows 🤷🏼‍♂️ as most viewers switched off and didn't care, it wasn't even mentioned at the end of the show to at least tease potential new arrivals. Launch Night is one of the main indicators on if a series will be good or bad and especially if you want to retain viewers. It was such a rough start... 👀 The Cast: On paper with them all together, it had so much potential and I was excited when they all joined as one... eventually. Although, I'm kinda getting sick to death of people like Caroline who have been in the Celebrity world, getting even an ounce of a shot on this show. How she relatable in the slightest? Regardless if she was entertaining or not. Casting George was a dumb move, they knew his outlandish views and opinions, yet they act shocked and kicked him out. What a waste of a place in the house that someone else could've been in. ITV, you're not stupid. The whole politics based conversations for the past 7 weeks also have been jarring my head and has become tiresome. I just want arguments over cleaning, noise in the night or the simple fact people just don't like each other. Not because they voted for someone in the election. I will say the mix of ages was good but we still need one or two more older Housemates to round it off. The different backgrounds of Housemates too is always a welcomed choice. Zelah, was an absolute gem of a man 👏🏻 👀 The Presentation and Editing: Again for the 3rd year, the same transitions into scenes and sound bites for "Day & Time Stamps". We had so much potential on what could be done with the eyeball maze type theme. The iconic titles improved but only by a little. I've decided I hate the new theme, bring back the old one. As for editing, the music is still there and just adds absolutely nothing to the show. Come on guys, it's Big Brother. It's not Love Island. It's so so cheap. 👀 The Big Brother Voice: Cbeebies Story Time or what?! It has to go. I have no idea why the decision was made to have one Big Brother voice dubbed over the actual voice, but it really has to stop. I like to hear various voices. There's no authority, its not a force anymore. Also, Big Brother shouldn't be in first person or openly asking Housemates questions. It should be follow ups from what Housemates have been talking about on how it made them feel etc... It ruins the show and the whole presence of Big Brother. 👇🏻 Part 2 in Threads 👇🏻 #BBUK
