Mid-Career Training Program-I for senior IFS officers of 2013-14 Batches was inaugurated today by Dean(SSIFS), Amb Raj Kumar Srivastava. The three-week MCTP-I includes experiential learning sessions in behavioural & domain competencies, as well as a week long States Attachment.

Pleased to interact with the 2009 batch of the Indian Foreign Service undergoing their Mid-Career Training Programme -II @SSIFS_MEA. Spoke to them about the need to be agile in this era of change and turbulence. And the increasing importance of diaspora welfare & public diplomacy.
