Gave a keynote presentation on "India Africa Forum Summit-IV: Opportunities and Challenges" in the inaugural session of a seminar on 27th March 2026 at JNU. It was organised by Dr. Sushmira Rajwar of CAS-JNU, in association with African Studies Department, Delhi University (H.O.D), Prof Yaruingam and Dr Manish Karamwar), African Studies Association of India (Prof. Bijay Pratihari, Prof Bashabi Gupta, Dr Sheetal Sharma, Dr Amit Singh, Dr. Aarshi Dua, Dr Santosh Singh, Dr. Chetan Tokas, Ms Ruchita Beri, ) supported by World Cultural Hub Forum (Simarjot Singh). Beside Academics from India from several universities, it had contributions from several African Ambassadors and former Indian ambassadors who had served in Africa. An open free discussion analysed several issues and wayforward on India Africa Engagement through IAFS-IV. Shared a key note presentation in the inaugural session of an international Conference on "Rediscovering Identity of Girmitiya (Indian indentured Diaspora): Past, Present and Future " organised by Nalanda International University, at Nalanda, Bihar on 28th March 2026. Large number Indian Diaspora Researchers from abroad and India are discussing foreign policies and identity issues to connect with Old Indian Diaspora across the world. The conference was organised by ARSP, in collaboration with Nalanda University. Prof Sachin Chaturvedi VC of NU, Shri Shyam Parande Secretary general of ARSP, many ambassadors from old Indian diaspora countries, Indian political leaders from Girmitiya countries and Bharat Saman awardee like Sarita Boodhoo are participating in this two day conference. Very interesting propositions by old Indian diaspora researchers from overseas to re- focus the research and narratives on Girmitiya studies which has been announced by PM Modi in Mauritius. @PratihariBijay @sushmitarajwar2 @shyamchivchiv @sachin_chat @AnilSooklalji @GOPIOMalaysia @odi_india
