@zaracare_es_en @ZARA_Care the product is still in return window, but representative refuse to help me

They sent the item with missing parts and now are not accepting it and have sent it back saying an item is missing the same reason for which I have returned the item. Their representatives are saying I should have informed them which I did when I put in return request .

@ZARA what is this fraud .. I had ordered an item it had some parts missing.. I put in a return request the item was picked up but they have sent the product back and are not taking it back even though it’s still in return window.

@BlueDart_ my courier is showing delivered but I haven’t received it and the customer care is not helping is there a way to sort this .. this is really frustrating

@XpressBees_IN pathetic service you have. since 23rd July my parcel is lying in the Ranchi centre and it’s not been delivered . It’s been 7 days I am following up . All they do is mark wrong reasons and not deliver it . The customer care is not responsive AWB - 14329887758309
