Worst experience from @nykaafashion @AdwaitaNayar @hm I've ordered hm men's blue jacket and I've received women inner wear in nykaa fashion app. I've raised query on app, mail and call. It's been a month but not resolved yet. Customer Support answer varies from time to time.

Previously H&M stoneware and porcelain items were delivered broken despite being properly packed and clearly marked as fragile Pickups are irregular and poorly handled. I don’t understand why @hm @hmindia is using this delivery partner in India.

Nykaa Fashion Fraud Order ID NYK-36470050-4191104 I ordered H&M's hoodie which came used, damaged, with a weird object inside the pocket. Now, Nykaa is denying exchange or providing compensation for mental harassment. Requesting brand to help. @hm @nykaafashion @MyNykaa
