We shipped 1,000 beta devices from our garage in SF. Our average user is 86 years old (!!!), yet we’re seeing 60%+ retention with @heyato_ai. Why? Because we treat seniors like adults, not kids. I’m proud of our team of engineers, designers, and gerontologists. We build for dignity, not surveillance. We’re here to put technology at their service and keep their independence. All the learnings from this beta have led to what’s coming next: we’re finally unveiling the final version of Ato in a few weeks. Last week @krakenfx released a CLI to access their orderbook data. I asked 5 leading models to use that data and then purchase either AAPL, TSLA, or SPY. I then clustered their reasoning output to see how unique each model was. The result? 100% of them chose AAPL. Gemini, Qwen3, and GPT generated financial analyses that were almost identical. Opus and Sonnet had more variety in their thinking. The implication: Basic use of an LLM for trading doesn't give an edge. Check out my article below for more details.
