This is a massive failure on the school's part. Bullying of this magnitude in broad daylight only happens if the bullies feel that no one will find them, or nothing happens if they are caught. Parents should ask schools about the child protection policies they have in place.

For further context. The Jamnagar refinery, situated in Gujarat, India is the world largest refinery. It was commissioned in 1999, and it has the capacity to produce 1.24m barrels per day of crude oil. The Dangote refinery, is the largest single train refinery in the world, and Africa’s largest refinery. It was commissioned in May 22, 2023 and began production in January 2024. It has the capacity to produce 650,000 barrels per day, and it has now began expansion process to increase its capacity to 1.4m barrels per day. This poses it to be the largest refinery in the world upon completion, the expansion is to cost about $12B. The refinery is to see increase not subjected to only the crude oil aspect, but the following 1) poly polypropylene is to expand from 900,000 metric tonnes per annum to 2.4m metric tonnes per annum. 2) Urea Fertilizer from 3m metric tonne per year to 9m metric tonnes per annum. 3) Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB), Increasing production to 400,000 metric tonnes annually, making it the largest producer in Africa.  3 companies have so far gotten deals from this intended project, a) Engineers India Limited (EIL) awarded a $350m in January 2026, to serve as project management consultants. b) XCMG Construction Machinery (China) Signed a $400 million agreement on February 16, 2026, to provide a wide range of advanced heavy-duty equipment and machinery required to fast-track the physical construction. c) Honeywell US, The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has selected US-based Honeywell as its strategic partner to support its push to double capacity to 1.4 million barrels per day by 2028, as reported by punch newspapers on November 25, 2025.
