This determines if they will be offered a place in Year 9. The idea is that is takes the pressure off if they know earlier.

@maineammoco There’s a public ballot (draw) for tickets to Wimbledon every year. It opens in September on the website. You enter for free and then in January time you find out if you’ve been successfully allocated tickets. You can then choose to buy them or not. I was allocated the final ☺️

@maineammoco @Wimbledon I was there, sat in the 3rd row, and I can confirm I paid absolutely nowhere near £15K (or dollars) for the pleasure. I paid less than 2% of your value! Entered the ballot and got lucky, but so did all other people near me.

Great game @Wimbledon however most people will not be able to sit in a front row at the cost of $15k a seat! @Wimbledon making sure the rich are taken care of!
