@Yantumakii We need both privatization&government intervention. As the government has new tax reform,they know what individuals can afford .Those individuals should pay. Those whose income can’t afford certain services should be paid by government but quality of service should be maintained

This is a consequence of PRIVATISATION.
Nigerians should be wary of what they ask for, lest we throw ourselves into more problems.
Privatisation of healthcare in Nigeria will create more problems to the sector than it will solve.
Our best bet is to insist the government to continue to invest heavily into the sector.

In general, doctors are UNDER-paid for what they do. Surgeons should be making millions. It's the administrative costs and middlemen that make healthcare expensive, not physician pay.

The problem with every single APC supporter I know is that they are also struggling. Life is hard for them, too. They have been following Buhari, and now Tinubu, but they hardly ever break through the ranks. Even those who get appointments, they are operating in the fringes of power. They have zero decision making power or any surplus money to live a dream life. It's all hamster wheel of hope and expectations that may never materialise. They either tell us crystal clear benefits of the Tinubu administration to their life, businesses, career, or they simply keep quiet. People have the right to discard what's not working for them for what could possibly work. Sticking to what has failed consistently is not how to win.

If someone kills an animal that doesn't belong to him and he doesn't know the owner, the majority of scholars agree that the person must pay compensation (known as Gharaama in Arabic) for the animal. The expiation typically involves paying the value of the animal to the owner if found; if not, like in the case of the questioner, the value goes to the relevant community or is given in charity.
In addition, other scholars suggest that the killer should also repent if there was negligence on his part, as innocent animal are not to be killed unjustly. For specific guidance, prominent scholars like Ibn Qudaamah in Al-Mughni: Volume 9, Pages 95-101, among others, emphasise paying compensation based on the animal's value to the owner, or donating the value in charity to a community project, the poor or the needy, if the owner is not known to you.
