@fidelity_united Nearly 2 months of delay on my motor claim #UFIC-797397. Car stuck at garage for 1.5 months. Despite comprehensive insurance,windscreen damaged in the accident is still not approved. Reinspection promised on call, noone sent, emails ignored. Unacceptable service

Shocked to learn that @CBDUAE shared my details with @Ipsos Stat Emirates for so called market survey without my consent. I even hv a screenshot of call, where the agent confirmed CBD provided my info. This isn’t research but a serious privacy breach. Totally unacceptable. #CBD

3rd class and low level helpline of @dutweets , staff don’t even cooperate, full of liars and fraudsters. Since 5 months getting charged with wrong charges and every time had to call them to remove. Supervisors and managers don’t bother or like to talk to customers. #fraud #liars
