Scenario:
1- It’s now proven the tweet was posted by his manager.
2- Naseem has removed him and publicly apologised for misuse of his platform.
3- PCB has also blocked that manager, which means he was previously allowed to work with players.
In all this, how did Naseem Shah end up with a PKR 2 million fine? How is this his fault?
