@MicrosoftHelps @XboxSupport And the saga continues ! It seems that my son cannot create a Microsoft account with his details at all ? Tried various combinations of user names !!!

@MicrosoftHelps @XboxSupport I guess it is the easiest to basically not do anything and they ask you to purchase everything fron scratch that was in your account which works well for their bottom line I guess. And that's exactly why I will advise everyone to stay away from XBOX and Microsoft accounts.

My son's @Microsoft account used for study and gaming got hacked. Password and backup email address changed. But what surprised me the most was that when I reached out to @MicrosoftHelps for account recovery. I was told to basically pound sand because my backup email was changed

@greg_not_so @MicrosoftHelps @XboxSupport 100% They can, but why do it when it costs time and money to do it and they can force us to repurchase all the games in his account! Sucks for us!

@greg_not_so @MicrosoftHelps @XboxSupport They were basically like "Hacker changed your info - we can't do anything".... Like I would not need to reach out to support if they hadn't changed my secure info would I? This is the only thing for when people would need to reach support for account recovery!

@abesh @MicrosoftHelps @XboxSupport they basically harvested my hotmail account and what i got in return was "Mr Greg, we are here to help", very underhanded way to push O365 licenses, at that time

@greg_not_so @MicrosoftHelps @XboxSupport I had actually heard good things about @MicrosoftHelps, @XboxSupport from a few of my buddies who work there. Unfortunately that does not translate to my real life experience with them!!!

@gmail @PayPal This is pretty slick phishing tactic. Note the value of the 'Customer service URL' to realize this is a fake. But also notice the DKIM validation because this was sent by service@paypal.com. Pretty slick and a lot of people will fall for it !

Extremely pathetic service from @ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care ! Wanted to open an NRE/NRO account. Went to two branches. Made to wait an hour then told that they need to capture my house location. No one came. Now not picking up my calls either !!!

Hey @qatarairways! Wanted to give a shoutout to the fantastic crew of Gaurav, Savinaya, Surekha and Xia who took excellent care of me and everyone else. The flight was very busy but they were on point and did everything to ensure that we had a very comfortable time!

Tried blogging on @SAPCommunity after about 11 years. First of all it's really tough to figure out how do you go about creating a blog and then I started getting permission denied errors :( After a 30 minute fight with two separate universal ids I gave up !!! @yojibee
