@Cars24Support Dear, i don’t want you to call and disturb me again. I was able to sell my car myself with a very good price. And in the first case I dint want to have inspection with you. It’s you who called me multiple times and came over for inspection. So thank you.

I sold my Mahindra Thar and Tata Harrier to Cars24 in February. It's been 5 months, and my issues are still not resolved. For my Mahindra Thar, Cars24 deducted ₹500 from my payment for a traffic challan but never paid it. Because of their negligence, I had to visit the authority twice for party peshi and eventually pay the challan myself. Even after the RTO signatures are complete, they are still holding ₹10,000 for the party peshi. For my Tata Harrier, Cars24 deducted around ₹30,000–35,000 for pending challans. Once again, they failed to pay them. It was only after repeated complaints that the challans were finally cleared. After my previous post, the Cars24 team contacted me and asked me to delete it, promising that everything would be resolved. I trusted them and removed the post. Today, when I asked for an update, I was simply told to send another email. This is completely unacceptable. If you can't manage the paperwork and payments properly, why are you taking customers' cars? Please repost this so more people know what I have gone through. Think twice before selling your car to Cars24. My experience has been nothing but delays, broken promises, and poor customer service. @Cars24Support @cars24india #ScamAlert #Cars24 #CARS24India #ConsumerRights

I want to report another scam involving Cars24. Around August 2025, I got my Tata Harrier (2025 model) evaluated by Cars24 to check its resale value. Later, in February 2026, when I decided to sell the car, I booked another appointment with Cars24. After that, I suddenly received a call from Mrs. Meenu Kumari, who had been assigned to me during the August 2025 valuation. She told me that she could get me a better offer, but the car would need to be inspected again. I informed her that I had already had the car inspected just a few days earlier and asked if they could use the existing inspection report. She replied that they would handle it in a different way and arrange another inspection. At that time, I was not fully aware of their process, so I agreed. An inspection executive came to my location, inspected the car, and left. Later, when I asked for the inspection details or report, they started avoiding the question and giving vague responses. I was then informed that I had received an offer of ₹7.5 lakh for my car. Later, I found out that the inspection had actually been carried out using Meenu Kumari’s phone number instead of mine. Since the same car had been inspected twice within a week, I refused to proceed because I wanted the inspection record to remain under my own account. At that point, I was told that my number would be updated within two days and was asked to provide another number. They specifically told me not to use the number that had been used for the earlier inspection, so I provided my wife’s phone number. After that, they started creating unnecessary delays and pressure, repeatedly telling me that I would lose the offer if I did not proceed immediately. At the same time, I was about to take delivery of my new car, so I needed to sell my existing vehicle. her manager, Mufees, called me and assured me that the phone number would be updated later, so I trusted them and handed over my car. However, to this day, the phone number has never been updated. In fact, they later claimed that such a change is not even possible. I have screenshots that clearly support my claims, and I will attach them as evidence. Additionally, I later discovered that Cars24 had internally approved an offer of ₹7.66 lakh for my car, but I was informed that the offer was only ₹7.5 lakh. Furthermore, they deducted ₹16,000 by showing it as a “service charge.” However, when I sold my Mahindra Thar through Cars24, there was no such service charge mentioned on the receipt. Instead, in this transaction, they described it as a “car settling charge.” It has now been five months, and no service or settlement has been provided to justify this deduction. This appears to be an unfair and deceptive practice used to reduce the amount payable to customers. I demand a clear explanation for this ₹16,000 deduction and request that the amount be refunded to me immediately. The entire experience reflects highly unethical and misleading business practices by Cars24. @Cars24Support @cars24india #scam x.com/MayankS3094/st…

@Ravisutanjani Star, Niva Bupa, Care and GIPSA (National, New India, United & Oriental) are the worst. Unfortunately, porting the policy comes with lot of challenges and is not as simple and easy.

@StarHealthIns and your marketing executive, just to get a policy done for a lesser premium he choose himself not to put the preconditions. Which we are not aware. We regret to choose you as the insurance and we will not make the same mistake.

Adding few more pix. The amenities provided by @SPRE_Official is absolutely worthless. Even after paying crores we are facing issues everyday on basic necessities such as Security, house keeping, FM office, potholed pathway and the ongoing construction from past 6/7 years
