Deeply disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago @BandBajaateRaho! New Jio Fibre connection on 8th July, no internet since. Engineer visited twice, couldn't fix. Demanding OTP before resolving issue is unprofessional! Paying from day 1 with no service! No Refunds!

@gulabanshul @DellCares @Dell Yes I am Old user of dell for almost 15 years the services provided by @Dell 2-3 years back is totally upto customer centric and based on customer satisfaction but now d scenario is totally reversed they don’t care fr customers, dis is my last laptop from dell!!

@gulabanshul @PurvanshuKamdar @DellCares @Dell dey think if defective pieces gone to customers bags den it’s all d luck of dat individual customer.@Dell is not responsible for it ..even technician who visited our place for lcd replacement hv confirmed us to go ahead and escalate it ...this is not the issue from your end .

@DellCares As per your technician it was an internal fault that too purchasing of laptop within 3-4 months now you are expecting to go for paid services. It seems you want me to go to consumer forum for my concerns as it’s not my fault and you sell low quality products with high price.
