My $6,002.14 Alienware Area-51 AAT2250 has been unusable under GPU load for months.
It crashes under Dell’s own SupportAssist GPU stress test. Dell replaced the motherboard. Same failure came back.
Dell Advanced Resolution Services now says “no additional remedies” are being offered.
Premium price. Bargain-bin accountability.

Hey @Dell I see influencers on here getting their top spec XPS days after asking on here - meantime my paid for out of pocket £3k top of the line model just got an 11 day delay on delivery, I ordered it ahead of a trip to take abroad and this means it will now miss that - is there anything that can be done?

@eddygoyanes @Alienware @AMD I bought an Alienware Area-51 AAT2250 in February. 3 months of crashes/freezes/loses display under GPU load, including Dell SupportAssist GPU testing. Motherboard replaced. Still fails. Months of downtime.
Buyers should be cautious.

Really disappointed with my Dell Inspiron. Needed servicing 4 times in just 3 years, including a hard drive replacement within the first 6 months. This is not the reliability I expected. Definitely not recommending Dell anymore.
