Hi Dr. @nasiphim Cc: @HermanMashaba I visited Steve Biko Hospital in Pretoria last week. Due to the lack of sufficient parking for patients and visitors, I parked on the side of the road where a car guard directed me to park. When I returned, I found an infringement fine placed on my car window. My concern is: how are visitors being fined for incorrect parking when there are not enough proper parking facilities provided for patients and visitors in the first place? I believe this situation causes unnecessary stress for people who are already dealing with medical and family related challenges. I kindly ask that this matter be looked into. Thank you.
