Alhamdulillah !!!! recieved my DM Nephrology degree from my Guide , Professor Gangadhar Taduri sir ,Nizam’s institute of medical sciences Hyderabad. Glad & blessed,I learnt nephrology under his guidance. A gentleman,wonderful teacher and social worker! Best feeling.

Most people don’t know about FERRITIN. This is your iron reserves. You could have normal haemoglobin but if your ferritin is low ( below 70) you will have all the symptoms of anemia. Additionally it impacts your sleep, heart & immunity if not addressed in time. It takes a simple blood test to find out your ferritin levels & an ivy iron infusion is often a better solution when ferritin is extremely low. If not too low, you can take iron tablets to bring it up. I will be sharing a lot more reels on iron deficiency in the coming days !! Small fact - I’m still scared of needles & had been procrastinating this for past 3 months much to my doctors displeasure. Thanks to a friend who gave me the strength to finally get this done & slowly but surely conquer all my fears :) Life’s too short & unpredictable .. let’s all thrive & not just survive !

IMPORTANT Before the new reservation policy the J&K roster placed RBA at Serial No. 2 right after Open Merit. Why? Because both Jammu & Kashmir have a large RBA population and RBA cut-offs were very close to OM, meaning the system was still producing relatively competitive, capable selections. Now look at what they quietly did. In the new roster. . SC shifted to Serial No. 2 (Kashmir has almost zero SC population) . ST-1 & ST-2 placed at 4 & 5 (Kashmir has very very less ST population) . RBA pushed down to Serial No. 7 This is not a technical change. This is a directional change. Let me make it simple for everyone to understand. If there are only 5 jobs today: Old logic (earlier roster) 1 OM 2 RBA 3 SC 4 OM 5 OM / ST Kashmir had a real chance in the first few posts. New logic (current roster) 1 OM 2 SC 3 OM 4 ST-1 5 ST-2 . Out of the first 5 posts, 3 are gone before RBA even appears. . RBA now comes at No. 7 when most small recruitments are already over. So when vacancies are less (which is most of the time), Kashmir is structurally pushed out before it even enters the race and people still ask. Why are Kashmiri youth disappearing from selections? This is your answer. Not conspiracy. Roster engineering. Our so-called leaders are silent. Comfortable. Conscience in deep sleep. They remember us only during elections. P.S.
