@ryan_caldbeck I heard once that 500 Startups used to hire VA’s to call — phone call — all the portfolio execs to collect company financial data quarterly.

What PE/VC investors are great at scaling (i.e. 200+ portfolio companies) the day-to-day activities of these tasks related to portfolio management:
-collecting quarterly financials
-exercising shareholder rights
-decisioning on pro-ratas
