Hi, I have a booking on 1st to travel from delhi to thiruvanthapuram. If i cancel the ticket, will you refund me the full amount I dont like to be sitting on airport stranded.

I Applied for my health insurance claim with all proper documents and they said ok claim is approved but after few days i got an email from Niva Bupa and they are asking for one of the treatment detail which was just a test and After test doctor advised no treatment needed for this. But still @Niva_Bupa asking me for this treatment details and because of this my claim is pending what is this behaviour ? I am trying to co-operate with all details which i have but still if they don't approve my claim i am going to make a video about this because this is a kind of Scam. I already paid my three years premium in advance and got this service !
