Hey @Academy just wanted to let you know that these are useless. Has to go to 3 before I found one that works. Now I have to stand in line at Customer Service to checkout. Shame you don’t hire front end cashiers to do there jobs.

.@Academy Any chance yall will EVER start selling more size 14 shoes? I’ve gone into many locations in San Antonio TX and I’m LUCKY if I find 3 pairs that offer size 14. It’s demoralizing not being able to find shoes that fit me IN STORE.

@Academy my new credit card came with a $30 offer to activate my card. I activated it today and didn't realize that the coupon was not tied to the activation but was in the envelope. Is there any way to get my coupon again, the envelope got thrown away. Thanks

The Academy in College Station has the worst customer service! Every time there is an issue! I asked the cashier if they could call someone to ask for me and she said “what would I ask?” Seriously? I just said forget i! And she was just fine with that. OMG! @Academy

@academy, pretty pathetic. Just bought a brand new “premium” wagon at your store in Foley, AL, got to my destination and tried putting it together but the front wheel would not lock in. Drove all the way back for a new one only to have the SAME problem. Crap product.

@Academy The only feedback I have is that hiding the "Delete Account" as a link buried in a 30-page document is a choice. Every other app: Delete Account Button in Settings and in Bright Colors. Academy: "Complete the scavenger hunt first."

Really disappointed with @Academy My email stopped working, & I've been unable to update my account info. If customers can't access or correct their own personal info, that's a serious problem. Therfore, I closed my account. Do better.
