Independent doctors love to complain about health systems. Fair. But you know who else screws doctors? Other doctors. I’ve been in hundreds of board meetings. Thirty physicians at the table, drowning in costs, broken contracts, overpriced benefits. And what do they fight about? ‘Why did Dr. Gold get another award?’ ‘Why can’t my cousin keep the benefits contract?’ Meanwhile, millions leak out the back door. Sometimes, the enemy isn’t the health system. It’s in the mirror.

6. Tea > sugar drinks Matcha. Green tea. Barley tea. Sugary sodas and frappuccinos are rare. Tea improves: • Insulin sensitivity • Fat oxidation • Appetite control

Ever wonder why the Japanese eat ramen and drink beer so often… But don’t struggle with obesity like we do in the U.S.? It’s not better genetics. It’s not portion sizes. Here’s what theyr’e doing differently… and why it matters:🧵

Health Systems spent $300,000,0000 lobbying last year. Doctors spent time seeing patients. Guess who won?

No physician should be a W2 employee. Period. It’s literally economic slavery and W2 workers work until ~June FOR FREE. It’s literally insane. Come on docs, we are smarter than this. Stop being someone else’s revenue generator.

@DutchRojas One thing I have wondered about- VC and equity investors in healthcare can seen overly optimistic, naive and uninformed about what they are investing in and whether or not it makes sense. They don't always get good advice.

@upRootNutrition Our lives were not hard. Our parents lives were hard and they made it easier for us. Inflation is real and it is killing the futures of younger people.

I wish every conversation with a boomer about modern youth didn't devolve into them giving a long, protracted sob story about how hard their life was. Dude, you bought your five bedroom house with a bag of grapes and a pack of smokes. Stfu.

Allow me to hold your hand as I say this. We are subjected to endless propaganda & bot activity that pins the RECORD disability & death on vaccines because insurance, hospitals, & governments do not wish to pay for all the Covid Carnage. If it’s vaccines, the burden is on YOU.

Richard Sever, head of openRxiv, which operates preprint servers bioRxiv and medRxiv, said that "the two combined turn away more than ten manuscripts per day that seem formulaic, and might have been AI-generated.. We are very worried that, around the corner, you get to a point where you can’t discriminate the completely manufactured from the real.. That’s a challenge we’re all going to have to face." We are becoming disconnected from the reality into another foggy world with foggy brains. 'AI content is tainting preprints: how moderators are fighting back' nature.com/articles/d4158…
