Proposals for over 2,500 homes in Kensington & Chelsea were approved last night 4 - 1 in favour. This follows an initial submission in 2023.   This could provide up to 2,019 for Market Sale, 342 for social rent and 158 for Shared Ownership   Other scheme features include; public realm along the Paddington Branch Canal, re-provision of office floorspace and various transportation improvements.   Issues discussed included; land contamination and remediation, affordable housing % and transport improvements.
