guy promised us an apartment unit that wasnt actually available so we were entitled to our application fee on CC being refunded ($90) which I chargebacked, and because I chargebacked that, he's been holding ($300 from debit card) of ours hostage until that cleared.

that we were able to chargeback for. anyways i had to send 2 follow up emails this week and guy finally replied for my address and this interaction occurred. Anyways he's probably being petty for the extremely detailed and negative review I left on his apartment complex right?

nick and i have been owed $300 from a rental property for a little over 2 months now bc he sucks at communicating and i had to initiate a chargeback bc i thought we were being scammed so he stopped sending out the check and the chargeback finally went through for the portion

if you think uncomfortable conversations are hard wait until you see the results of not having them

she still has not talked to me and honestly i dont think will and i think the culture in vegas is absolutely disgusting about drinking and driving, and totally on me for thinking it was okay, but yeah. like ok you spent money on me i always said thank you. ✌️gross behavior

i think my favorite thing about leaving vegas was the night before my friend saying they were good to drive and then 3 of us witnessing them not being ok to drive and when i confronted them she said “i tried my best” and threw all the things she’s ever bought in my face lol

@prickarz definitely ill have to check out aldis next. so far the local chain, walmart, and costco have all been flops. it's just weird because usually at my previous state i resided in they had...tons of options for that kinda stuff. just odd!!

@acinderah Ah damn, the US is too big. If I'm actually looking at the right one now there's an Aldi though. At least at Aldi there's also no chance of your husband walking out with savings on salad but $200 worth of Parkside tools 😂

why are salad greens so expensive in duluth...we've been to 3 different grocery stores and they all offer only small tubs of organic salad greens...in vegas we could get a giant tub for like $3-4 and here in duluth its like...$5-6?

@prickarz ah if you’re talking about duluth georgia, wrong duluth. im up in Minnesota. unfortunately that doesn’t seem like an option here. even the full lettuce is somewhat pricy, but having a bulk “box” of lettuce mixture / spring mix / spinach et. was relatively cheaper when elsewhere

@acinderah Isn't it a lot cheaper to just buy a full lettuce? But there's a Lidl in Duluth - no idea about Lidl in the US but in Europe their salad and bread sections are really good and cheap.

its wild that in vegas i was averaging less than 1k steps a day because it's all just concrete and stores in the direct vicinity, and moving to duluth ive been averaging about 5k steps a day im so much happier here already 😭

like its so wild seeing NACL players in clash and them potentially playing with either their teammates on alts or friends on alts...and they're gloating/complaining in post lobby and being weird in game. like okay. scene doesn't change that much from years ago does it 😭

...if you're toxic typing in LOL clash it should be an automatic forfeit for your entire team its so disgusting getting to a final game for someone to complain in all chat and throw negative words around + you should get banned from clash...where did competitive integrity go 😭
