For 1.5yrs, under Chief Scott, our son's Muni29 Asian Hate case was stonewalled for updates. Sgt. Huyn of Hate Crime Unit, removed us as victims w/out notice & spread word that we were "adversarial". Under Chief Yep, we were advised to file a formal misconduct report on Huyn & Chief Scott on SFPD website. "And while we asked regularly about the status of our [son's] case, we were ignored and even removed as victims from the case without a single notice.
