What are you using for team project management these days? I need things like team weekly check-ins, project tracking (Pending, In Progress, Ready for Review), due dates, assignments, etc.
We're using Trello at the moment, which works reasonably well.

@KenGuient This is not sustainable when it comes to learning how to prioritize and better manage your time. We'll delete the apps but we won't fix the problems - a lack of focus, short attention span, scattered thoughts, coping mechanisms..
Your tickets to failure⭐
💪 hire great people and make them work day and night
🙌 onboard clients and don't define a thing
👌 smile at late invoices and do nada
🤘 ignore trends 'cause it's new gen
👊 kill creativity with bureaucracy
What did we miss?
@AlexHormozi Oh yes. The thing is, many don't get a chance to get to know these traits/values as children growing up in more hostile environments. Of course, once we're more independent, we can work on ourselves, if we're willing enough to change.
You’ll get a lot further once you realize:
Patience
Confidence
Joy
Humility
Discipline
Perseverance
Kindness
Hope
Generosity
Compassion
Aren’t traits you’re born with, but skills you learn.
And you learn them by practicing them everyday.
If a child can learn it, so can you.
There’s nothing more powerful than the writer who keeps publishing every single day even when no one is reading yet. The one who can write through the silence is the one who will create work that lasts forever.
In the past couple of days I managed to get a major upcoming new feature unstuck with RRULE, and today got stuck with RRULE on a minor API. Five steps forward, one step back is fine I guess👌
Our December updates are here! Our team did some great stuff around Calendar and People Archive. We're also excited about the brand new feature, Task Report Presets. Check them out, let us know what you think: buff.ly/3PmFWqM ✨

The Think Big Movement Starts Today
Happy New Year!
Today isn’t just the start of a new year it’s the start of a new way of thinking.
We’ve been thinking small... it’s time to change.
What’s a goal you’ve always thought was impossible?
Think about it... and imagine what it would feel like to achieve it.
This year I am going to think bigger, and dream bigger... and I challenge you to do the same.
Don’t think about if it realistic.
Don't think about if it's safe.
Think about what excites you and scares you at the same time.
Write it down.
Commit to it.
The only difference between this year and last year is the decisions you make and the actions you take.
Let’s make this year the one where we stop limiting ourselves and go all in.
Let's do this together and see where we are in 2026.
Join the movement and the link in the next post.
@SMExaminer Our perception is a particular thing, isn't it? We're glad to see yours change for the better. We often need to step back, to slow down, to be able to see more clearly. Here's to a bright[er] 2025!
2024 was another, "not a good year." That's the story I've been telling myself for months.
But over the holiday silence, I discovered something that's changed my perspective.
I had good reason to say 2024 was NOT a good year.
Running the business was really challenging. Revenue was down. Staff were out with all sorts of challenges. I moved. My team and I were under immense pressure.
Working 12+ hour days—Monday to Saturday—trying to build for the future isn't easy. Pressure can crush you—but it can also create incredible resilience.
For the last year, I was extremely focused on what was just in front of me.
Navy Seals call it the three foot rule—just control the little radius around you when you're facing adversity.
After running thousands of "three foot" missions in 2024, I got a little tired. It was time for a break.
So between Christmas and New Year's Eve, while most of my team was on holiday, I decided to do something I rarely do…
I decided to look back and audit the last year. Where did I come from? What had we actually done??
I acted like an investigative reporter, looking for themes and storylines in my own journey.
It turns out I started journaling this time last year. So I spent hours reading every entry.
I realized how innovative my team and I were with what little time and resources we had available. Pressure created diamonds.
But those entries stopped right after Social Media Marketing World when I sold my house and moved to another state.
Then I read every single weekly email I sent my staff over the last 52 weeks. I also reviewed dozens of slide decks from our leadership meetings.
After hours and hours of looking back, I realized I was wrong.
The very bad year was actually a triumphal one. I simply forgot what we have done.
"Here's what makes your story remarkable: You're playing the long game in a short-term world," said my coach Angus.
I had failed to jump into the helicopter and look at the trek I made up the mountain. I forgot that I am so very close to my big dreams and those of my company.
So I've prepared 111 slides, showing the enormous achievements of my team in 2024. I plan to present them in a company-wide meeting next week!
To you who are struggling, I feel your pain. If you still have some time off, consider looking back and recognizing the wins and progress you've made. March onward brave one, you're playing the long game!
Can you relate? What are you doing to remind yourself of your accomplishments? I'd love to hear from you! Maybe someone you know needs to read this?? = @Mike_Stelzner

@ValuedMerchants One of the most relevant today would be by Oscar Wilde, "Be yourself; everyone else is already taken." Or Oasis, "I'm free to be whatever I, whatever I choose and I'll sing the blues if I want."
