नेशनल एलिजिबिलिटी कम एंट्रेंस टेस्ट (NEET)- 2026 पेपर लीक मामले में गिरफ्तार विकास बिंवाल को लेकर कई चौंकाने वाले खुलासे हुए हैं।
कॉलेज टेस्ट में कई बार वह एब्सेंट रहा और जिन टेस्ट में उसकी मौजूदगी रही, उसमें भी वह सिर्फ 30 फीसदी अंक ही ला सका। इसके कारण वह अधिकांश टेस्ट में फेल था। कॉलेज प्रशासन का कहना है कि विकास पढ़ाई में कमजोर छात्र था।
वह 12वीं में सेकेंड डिवीजन से पास हुआ था, लेकिन 2025 के NEET में उसका सिलेक्शन 85.11% पर्सेंटेज के साथ हुआ। इसके कारण सीबीआई ने 2025 में हुए NEET पेपर को भी जांच के दायरे में लिया है।

Instead of medical help or rest, the handler keeps poking and striking the animal with a stick, trying to force it back up so it can continue carrying tourists. Some tourists were asking the handler to stop forcing the mule to work and check its medical condition.
Authorities must strictly regulate and monitor the treatment of mules and horses on the Kedarnath route. @ukcmo
