You’re gonna throw your phone after you see this story. For 125 years, a group of Catholic nuns in New York have run a FREE hospice called Rosary Hill Home. They take care of poor people dying from cancer no charge, ever. Just pure Christian charity. Then Gov. Kathy Hochul signed a law a few years ago that forces EVERY nursing home to use preferred pronouns, house patients by gender identity (not biological sex), and let people into opposite-sex bathrooms and spaces. The nuns said: “We treat everyone with dignity… but we can’t do that. It goes against our Catholic faith.” So New York is now threatening them with $5,000–$10,000 fines per violation, loss of their license, and jail time. These sisters who’ve spent their whole lives caring for the dying are being told: obey the gender rules or shut down. Unbelievable.

@VigilantFox Healthcare is prohibitive, and most of the costs are not discretionary. Our healthcare system bloats the costs of healthcare because of our insurance premiums. If we were a true first payer system our healthcare costs would be less than 300 dollars a month.

This is insane. A New York City police officer conducted a drug bust on a known criminal. The criminal tried to flee the scene on a scooter, so the officer deployed a non-lethal weapon (threw a cooler at him) in an honest attempt to stop the suspect. The suspect died, which is unfortunate, but now the officer has been sentenced to 3-9 years in prison. That alone would be ridiculous. The judge took it a step further and explicitly said the aggressive sentence was meant to be a deterrent to other police officers. For what? For stopping criminals from committing crimes? The hardworking men and women of the NYPD deserve better than this. They risk their lives every day to protect innocent citizens from drugs and violent criminals. Activist judges who abuse their position of power over politics should be removed from office as well.

Imagine how they would vote if Californians saw the Racial discrimination at Harvard for example: — Blacks are granted such a large advantage by Harvard over their White peers that a Black applicant in the 5th decile still has a higher chance of admission than a White applicant in the 10th decile. — If we use Asians in the 10th academic decile as a reference point, we notice that the most qualified Asian individuals have a worse chance of getting into Harvard than Black individuals in the 4th decile from the bottom half of the applicant pool.

The world didn’t collapse. Science didn’t shatter. The mission succeeded. Funny how the guys literally orbiting the Moon never got the “faith equals dumb” memo. Real faith lasts under pressure while the “Christians are anti-science” stereotype crumbles. The same people who mock believers as backward rubes have no answer for the long line of men and women of faith who have pushed the frontiers of science and exploration precisely because they believed the universe was orderly, intelligible, and created by a rational God. From the Apollo 8 crew reading Genesis to Victor Glover carrying Scripture and communion into lunar orbit, the pattern is clear. The more some people see of the cosmos, the more convinced they become that it didn’t just happen by accident. This is what real faith looks like. Not the version that hides from hard questions or fears the data. The version that looks at the Earth from 240,000 miles away and sees the hand of the Creator even more clearly. The version that carries a Bible into space because the same God who hung the stars is the same God who hung on the cross. To every atheist who loves to trot out the “anti-science” insult. The evidence keeps stacking up against you. The men and women who have actually left the planet and looked back don’t seem to agree with your narrative. And to every believer who’s ever been mocked for holding both faith and reason, keep going. Keep exploring. Keep speaking truth when they ask. The King who set the stars in place is the same King who rose from the grave. He is risen. He is risen indeed. All glory to the King who made the heavens and the earth, and who still calls men and women of faith to the very edge of it.

I have been briefed on an incident that occurred at Grand Central Station this morning. Reports indicate a man slashed three people on the platform with a machete. Officers shot the man when he did not drop the machete. He has since been pronounced dead. I’m grateful to the NYPD for their quick response and for preventing additional violence. The three victims were taken to the hospital and are thankfully in stable condition. The NYPD is conducting an internal investigation and will release body-worn camera footage, as it does in all incidents involving the discharge of an officer's firearm.
