Last week I began exploring some high-level prototypes for future of the WordPress admin. Not just a sidebar redesign, a rethink of the whole shell. How you move, multitask, and get things done across the product. Here's what's in it 🧵

GPT 2 is a gift. I'm building tons of pre-designed templates for Flatsome v4 and this helps a lot.

The founder of Postman says you have to kill your existing org chart, especially if you're still operating with a pre ai hierarchy arrangement. The modern org chart, according to @a85: - wide span of control (even within exec team) - work directly with ICs, not through layers - either you're building, or you're selling Projects are led by staff/principal engineers with high agency. They see across the board as well as deep in the stack. Product managers are building APIs and prototyping in Claude instead of writing PRDs. Designers are shipping PRs through Cursor directly instead of relying solely on Figma. Everyone is building. And the management's job is to develop better judgment.

We just relaunched olliewp.com with a small brand refresh and a refocus on where we're going. 🎨 Ollie has been in constant evolution since its inception, and now we're boldly moving into the next era and bringing everyone with us.

CLAUDE CODE CAN NOW USE SHADCN SKILLS TO BUILD COMPONENTS THE RIGHT WAY. Install the skill once, and it starts generating UI with shadcn components automatically.

@noahzweben Seems a bit buggy, after a hour or so without interaction with the remote session, it seems to drop connection and you have to disconnect and start the remote session again. The other issue is unless you pull down to refresh on the code tab the sessions don’t appear

Most designers are using Figma Make wrong. There are several ways to use it but almost everyone stops at the first ones. Here's how I actually use it as a designer 👇

I hired my 14th AI employee today!! 🦞 Everything in @VugolaAI is 95% automated now. I broke down all of my agents, their task, and most importantly how much it costs. 👀 The crazy part is we are ONLY 20% into 2026!! Start building your own AI company today! 💪

I dunno... iMessage is end-to-end encrypted and Apple's servers don't inspect or classify traffic by sender type... The messages from BlueBubbles or imsg look identical to Apple's infrastructure as any other iMessage from that Apple ID. "Staggering sends" won't help if your webhook isn't reaching your gateway, or if imsg doesn't have FDA, or if BlueBubbles loses its connection after the Mac goes to sleep.

what’s the secret to keeping @openclaw working with iMessage? i’ve tried blue bubbles and iMsg, but both have been so intermittent.

As a user, Figma remains a superb tool. If this is the AI moment, it feels incremental rather than foundational. The market is moving faster than incremental. This isn’t about AI features. It’s about survival.

There’s a familiar feeling here. This has strong “Photoshop before Sketch” energy.... It reminds me of the period when Photoshop slowly became irrelevant to product design. Still powerful. Still widely used. But no longer aligned with where the work was actually going. Tools rarely collapse overnight. They just fall out of step.

Figma was positioned better than anyone 12–18 months ago. They owned the surface where design happens. They had the ecosystem and the distribution. Design → code AI workflows were a natural extension. The opportunity was enormous. Instead, others are shipping the future.

#Figma is about to reveal a new product update....“It’ll enable you to ask it to edit your design file and the AI will take care of it!” That’s fine. It’s useful. But in 2026 the future isn’t editing rectangles faster. It’s turning design into production. The canvas is no longer the destination. The codebase is.

The idea that design lives separately from code has expired. Claude can generate production front-end in minutes. Design tools need to plug directly into that reality. The canvas increasingly needs to map to the codebase, not sit beside it.
