🚨🗣️ Michael Olise on who’s the best player in the world:
“Honestly, there are so many incredible players right now. Mbappé, Pedri, Harry Kane, Declan Rice, Rayan Cherki, Vinícius Jr… all of them are performing at a very high level and showing their quality every week.”
Interviewer: “What about Lamine Yamal?”
Olise: “He’s still very young and already an incredible player with huge talent. I’m not denying that at all. But maybe because he plays for Barcelona, people hype him a bit too much sometimes. I think his biggest dream right now is probably to compete seriously for the Champions League. He deserves a strong team around him where he can win big trophies consistently.”

@BavarianFBWorks we need fullbacks, Davies is clearly no longer as reliable and the RB position is vacant for too long

Let her cook. Spent 17 years at Bayern, everyone there highly respected her - from Uli Hoeneß to Jupp Heynckes, Pep & Ancelotti. And she‘s only 40. This woman has so much potential and I‘m looking forward to how she can transform our club 🤝🔷

🚨 Another historic move in German football 🇩🇪 Kathleen Krüger, former Bayern women's midfielder, becomes Hamburg's Sporting Director. The role is traditionally in charge of all men's football activities including hiring or firing coaches and transfers. 👏

João Pedro on Harry Kane: "He was already having extraordinary numbers in the Premier League, but now seeing him at Bayern, we can really get a picture of the quality that Harry Kane possesses. I have a lot of admiration for him. I played against him when I was at Watford and he was at Tottenham, and he totally dominated the game. I'm always rooting for him because he's a fantastic player. Can he win the Ballon d'Or? In my opinion, yes. Because he's an extraordinary player" [@TNTSportsBR]

@TouchlineX @JacobsBen I’m not even jealous.
Even if I’m rich enough enough, I’m not spending that much money on Gordon

🚨 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Broad terms are now in place between Anthony Gordon and Bayern Munich!
Newcastle United want £75M+ for the player and there is optimism that the club's valuation will be met!

@miasancanada @iMiaSanMia @a5ddf13087d9444 That’s a weird take they have. Knee surgery increases thigh injury risk by 60% because athletes naturally favor their good leg. He tore his left hamstring by overworking it to protect his repaired right knee; even when metrics clear him to play, the outcome remains unpredictable.

@adams6FCB @iMiaSanMia @a5ddf13087d9444 Funny, Canadian fans are convinced he's in this position because of Bayern. I've seen some of them question the teams medical staff...

Bayern are facing a dilemma regarding Alphonso Davies. His latest injury is a muscle tear and actually requires a six-week rehab. However, clubs are obliged to release their players for the World Cup in 3 weeks. In Canada, there's talk of only a 4-5 week break, meaning Davies could return just in time for the start of the tournament, which is a huge risk. Even if he were to travel only as a supporter, Davies' rehab would not proceed ideally, as it would constantly be interrupted by intercontinental flights and domestic travel. On the other hand, if Bayern were to insist on completing the rehab entirely in Munich, it would be tough for Davies as he would miss his home World Cup, a once in a lifetime experience [@BILD]

@iMiaSanMia Fuck those Bayern blockheads. They rushed him back too soon because they're still pissed about his injury from last year.

Max Eberl is fighting for his Bayern future ahead of today's supervisory board meeting. While the extensions of Jan-Christian Dreesen and Christoph Freund are considered a mere formality, Eberl is under close scrutiny by the supervisory board and is trying to get their support
Eberl has repeatedly faced criticism internally and in public, and was accused of, among other things, of excessively expensive contracts and repeated unilateral actions. He was also criticized for lacking a healthy approach to internal conflicts with board members. And even now, Eberl is viewed critically by some members of the supervisory board. Internal discussions suggest he is too easily swayed by player agents. Instead of asserting himself in negotiations, Eberl is said to be too conciliatory. This has led to 'unnecessarily expensive contracts and damaged the club's reputation'
Nevertheless, the supervisory board wants to give Eberl the opportunity to prove himself in the upcoming transfer window, where he has to deliver. Moreover, he's credited with the signings of Vincent Kompany and Michael Olise. However, this is just a temporary reprieve for him. Eberl is being given time to fight for support – but he must also use it effectively. His current contract runs until 2027

@BayernTalks agreed Lewy is a lethal finisher if things are set for him (prbbly more lethal than Kane) but Harry’s game is not just about finishing
