@lafemmefola The language used in describing sex with women is rather violent, maybe because most people see sex as something done to women rather than a consensual participation

@ItsMrsPlugg Correct a child if you must, scold the child but don’t HIT PEOPLES CHILDREN, most people think correcting someone’s child equate to hitting the person’s child, that’s why new mothers are against people correcting their child

Ladies, I beg of you. Outsource your house chores if you can. Cooking, cleaning, laundry, anything at all. There’s no award for suffering. The term “wife material” is more of an insult than a compliment.

@esther_stan Instead people give them cute names like “dad bod” “ rich bald head African dad” if we called the fucking hippopotamus what they are, they won’t have the audacity they have. I have a cousin whose tummy is the size of a GP tank and he was busy saying “this girl flat oh” Oga sha

My mom has never called me “Oloshi” or “Oponu” in all my 27 years on earth, but I’m supposed to let a partner use them when they are pissed, because, it’s not that deep lol. Pack everyone into therapy. “Ode” with a smile/laugh is the only one that can be used endearingly.🚶🏿‍♂️

Ok I finally watched obsession... and bear didn't suffer enough. Not even close. What a horrible horrible man. The worst part is I know there will be some idiots who think of him ad victim instead of the villain he actually is.

Actually, it’s more like: Men: “What if your girlfriend was insane?” Women: “What if someone you thought was a friend actually violated your autonomy and ability to consent so he could take advantage of you?”
T.R. Hudson@tr_hudson

Obsession really is the perfect horror film Men: "what if your girlfriend was insane?" Women: "what if you were forced to be kind to a man you didnt like?"

@TDeisine This is not even a theory or a secret, if you have been in a gathering of men in their 30s looking for wives, they say all this things boldly. “I am looking for 16 year girl wey strong and no know anything, so she fit take care of me when I dey old” they say shit like this alot.

I have a theory. The reason most men marry younger women is not out of love, it’s a calculated move. They need her to be strong enough to cater for them in their old age, she is just a retirement plan. This is the main reason most men will abandon their wives once she gets a terminal illness. They need to cut their losses on time and find a replacement. Makes me wonder how we came about the age gap in marriage. Who started it? Did society sit and approve this? If yes, does society really care about women or we are just tools for men?
Deisine@TDeisine

A man and a woman grows old together but the woman is expected to cater for the man in old age. Who then caters for the woman? Why is she old yet expected to cater for another?

This is how you tell us Seun is useless. Abólóunjẹ̀kú Enterprises.
Ọlámidé Ọmọreghà 🇳🇬 🇨🇦@Officialregha

I have these two former colleagues of mine, Seun and Adaora. Seun is married, and I also know his wife because we attended the same university. I didn't have any issue with Adaora until she started bringing food for Seun at the office. It started with, "Oh Seun, I brought you food today." Before we say jack, it became, "Seun, what would you like me to prepare for you tomorrow?" At that point, I knew where the whole thing was heading. Seun was already feeling uncomfortable and didn't know how to handle it, so he came to meet me. I asked him, "Why doesn't your wife prepare food for you to take to work?" He replied, "My brother, I don use style tell her before, but she no even make any attempt." I told him, "No worry, make I handle am." I called his wife. "Ayo, how far now?" "Ah, Mr. Olamide! Good afternoon, sir." After exchanging pleasantries, I got straight to the point. "Ayo, you know say I be your person. I honestly think it's a good idea for you to start preparing food for Seun to take to work. I noticed that two different ladies bought him lunch twice last week." She shouted "Ah!" I replied, "What do you mean by 'Ah'? If you're packing food from home for him, do you think he'll even have room to be eating food from other women? Before you know it, one of them will start cooking for him regularly." Within one week, my guy was showing up at the office every day with homemade food. Sometimes they would pack some snacks for me too. That was how Adaora's food ministry and Co. came to an end.

The raping of girls and women and femicide is not a immigrants issue. It is a misogyny and patriarchy issue. It is a men issue. If you genuinely care and want to address it, you address it using feminism. Not anti migration rhetoric
