@DoctorKarl Sorry Dr Karl; Totally wrong. Materials and technologies that could be used for weapons are inspected and accounted for by the UN just the same whether you have 5 reactors or 50.

There is alot of unaccounted for uranium all over planet earth and the un is not monitoring all rectors all the time... nuclear scientists working for these governments can easily produce weapon grade plutonium under the un nose .also dirty bombs can also be made from polonium.

Non breeder reactors can be changed into fast breeder rectors... all that is required is uranium that is unaccounted for by un scientists... that material can be sourced and extracted from say old school yellow paint made from yellow cake...
