Now I get a call from the Lagos State Ministry of Justice Public defender, social services department that you filled, yet another false petition accusing my sister of forcefully taking my son from you, when in fact you left him on his sick bed unattended with no adult supervision, because “you went to the market” but filled such petition, even tho you know he was taken to our family hospital, treated and has been spending time with me? Just like you falsely accused my sister in London to the UK’s social services of trying to take our son from you too? Which was again disproved. You asked to spend time with him a few days to his birthday today at 9am on WhatsApp. I responded by 2pm today that he can be dropped off to you tomorrow if you can confirm if that works. But you were at the Lagos state ministry by 4pm filling a false petition, damm! My boy is not even officially British yet, I still have to give that to him in a few months, yet your family keeps trying to take advantage of him, first to emotionally blackmail me into giving in, then for your visa sake, and even now, wants to try and use him again, and again, and again! It’s okay for you to enjoy self-destruction, but dragging my boy to forcefully remain with you in Lagos and forfeit his life in the Uk and dual citizenship is a deep level of reckless wickedness for a child you claim to love, yet steady putting in harms way.

What exactly does British citizenship have to do with the issue involving his ex-wife? He hasn’t been convicted of any crime, so this situation does not negatively affect his application. It doesn’t undermine anything at all. Let’s be careful not to spread incorrect information simply because we may not like a particular person. That’s not how the system works. There are even cases where individuals with convictions have still been granted British citizenship talk less of someone who hasn’t been convicted of any offence. Let’s stick to facts and be fair in our discussions.

Ugo has not received a decision regarding his British citizenship, but he's undermining his chances. If I were him, I would remain silent. His wife has only posted once, and that post came with a defamation lawsuit. I fear that if she posts again, it will come with a formal complaint filed to the authorities that may even involve the UK, accusing Ugo of child abduction, especially if she uses any attorney in the UK. They can't be sharing custody that was decided by a British court, and their son is with his sister without the mother's consent, instead of being with either parent. Ugo will have a lot to explain. This situation may jeopardize his application. He should keep posting and ruining his chances. Let Twitter men continue egging him on. Jessica is not as näive as he thought.

@BiigFish_ @mrboboskie That’s untrue, maintainance is only for financial aspect nothing more but the thing case worker matters, and based on the rule of that visa code no dp is allowed, rather the best thing to do is write a supporting statement why the case worker should consider the application

A friend is going through a very stressful situation right now. Main applicant’s visa was approved, but dependants were refused under code 6136 and given 14 days to leave the UK.
