A beautiful jazz record that feels so personal, despite being instrumental. Carter is clearly an incredible pianist but he's not flashy, he knows when to be reserved for the benefit of the music.

#427 – Cameron Winter - Heavy Metal [2025]
I'm a big fan of Geese, but it did take me a while to get into this. Winter really does use every sound and timbre of his voice that I initially found quite annoying, but as the songwriting revealed itself, I really enjoyed it.

I'm going to copy Jed and do this too. Everything alphabetised, and I reckon there's about 250-300 albums in there. As this will take well over a year probably, any new records that miss their letter may get a mention at the end, if I can be arsed.

There wasn't a sitcom I hated more. It was always the Sunday night before a new week at school ... and you hadn't done your French homework.
50 years later, even the theme tune makes me want to burst into tears.

@WTIDPOD A lot of people are probably thinking back to their formative years as a barometer for yellows/reds. So in that respect, not a red for me, but alas there's been 100s of reds given for the same challenge over the last few years, so i'm comfortable with it being a red

Like the likes of Novak Djokovic, Bryant Jennings, Patrik Baboumian. It may be a bit more difficult, but it's certainly no where near impossible.
