Filmmaker David Lynch's Diagram for Transcendental Consciousness is one of the greatest, easiest to understand explanations for how our reality is made of MIND first, MATTER second. I promise this is genuinely worth your time. It's fantastic.

In ancient Peru they didn't use mortar to bind building blocks together, they created 'Male' & 'Female' blocks that would intersect with one another in incredible ways, It's like ancient stone LEGO!

Sweating is one of the easiest ways to start detoxing. When was the last time the average person broke a sweat? Exercise daily and hit the sauna. Simple.

@wideawake_media Check your bed linens too! Just checked in to a short-term vacation rental house in Fl for a week over the holidays. All the sheets were polyester. Ran to a local store and bought cotton.

Is wearing polyester the new birth control? "75% of female dogs wearing polyester in this study couldn't get pregnant because it tanked their progesterone, the most important female hormone." "It's also loaded with endocrine disruptors, which tank fertility too."

@hubermanlab Thanks for highlighting the consequences of modern life indoors, with limited access to natural light. The Inca built "sungates" (Inti-punku) and "sundials," (Inti-huatana) all over the Andes Mts to align with the movements of the sun. Many of these markers are still there today

Very short protocol tutorial on why viewing sunlight at certain times is especially beneficial, why “daylight” is the better term than sunlight, the sun-cortisol-melatonin energy-sleep link and a bunch more. Enjoy!

@DrSuzanneH7 Both my kids had it. The 9yo brought it home from school. His entire class (vaxxed and unvaxxed) was "sick." His symptoms were manageable. His 7 mo sister had more noticeable symptoms and needed more attention especially at night. No drugs were needed. Just TLC.

Please talk to people who have successfully treated whooping cough in babies without any of the drugs commonly recommended by lamestream doctors. The LAST thing a baby needs during whooping cough is "anti-tussives". The key to management of whooping cough, is to get the mucus up and out, not to suppress it. If you land up in a hospital, they put your baby flat on it's back, with a monitor, and anyone with any experience, knows that leaving a baby like that, is a very sure way of escalating the very problems that lead to death. Many of the deaths in hospital of babies with whooping cough, could also be considered similar to covid deaths in hospital = wrong drugs and wrong management. drsuzanne.net/2017/10/sodium…

@elonmusk It's even worse than you think! Even all chewing gum is made from plastic polymers derived from petroleum. So what do we do? Started my 1st step to try to reduce the most obvious plastic for 1 month. To not drink liquids sold in individual plastic bottles. That was 2y ago. Try it

@ill_Scholar Try this grasshopper. "compare and contrast" quality of life and sustainability of indigenous communities in the Andes Mts & Amazon lowlands, with average folks in modern western civilizations. Which camp has greatest potential of survivability of human species in the long run?

🚨This HUGE Ancient "Staircase" in Peru Was Blown Clean Off! The Chinkana Grande (Great Labyrinth) is one of the most mysterious sites in Peru, covered in precision cuts, niches and channels, local oral tradition says it guards the entrance to a vast underground labyrinth!

@ArchaicLens @PillarsotPast Yes. These aqueducts are fantastic. Hope you make it to Tipon. Hike up to the upper structures. Then follow the aqueduct up into the mountain. It's another amazing site.

@hubermanlab Define "physician." When you have chronic pain in your lung, or lower back, who do you call for medical advice? Orthopedic surgeon? Chiropractor? Pharmacist? Rolfer? Your Mom? Daughter went to ENT for tonsil stones. Got antibiotics. No results. Then called Mom who fixed it.

Wild moment yesterday when a MD guest on my podcast said, given the enormous range in the quality of physicians we can look forward to a day soon when you tell your robot physician your symptoms & they integrate the knowledge of 10M+ physicians to give you a diagnosis & a Rx.
