@RoyalMail Tracking report for YA725020623GB not strictly accurate. It MAY have been delivered, but not to me. Proof of delivery is of a "safe place" I've never seen, and I have anyway OPTED OUT of random delivery attempts. 2nd time this week. What do you propose to do?

@AmazonHelp Your age verification process is failing because the name on my debit card is not in the same format as the name registered with my bank. Both are my name. Both work fine EVERYWHERE ELSE. But, OK. I just won't buy the product, and will think hard before using Amazon next time.

@AmazonUK @VERISIGN (a) I don't understand why the product requires age verification and you DO NOT explain, and (b) the crappy process fails. I choose not to use a credit card and you won't allow me to amend the *fully functional and very well-financed* debit card details.

@RoyalMailHelp You're mistaken. The package has been left somewhere. You've suggested my "safe place" but I don't have a "safe place" and I opted out of deliveries to random places. I'll have to go looking for it when I'm back in the country.
