@LNER @northernassist Just had to buy a second ticket on the train to Leeds because the fact that my ticket was for Northern services only was not made clear when buying. Seen this happen multiple times on trains and still no change. Feels like intentional deception.

@northernassist @LNER It was purchased from York station, just clicked the off peak day return (same sequence of options as my partner who had no problems) and was given this ticket with no warning on the screen.

Also worth mentioning that I haven’t been on a train in months that wasn’t delayed or cancelled. You suck.
