this is the exact SEO checklist I've used for every single product I've launched
20+ products, $8m exit and now $1m+ mrr
SEO was the backbone of all of it 💪
here's the sequence:
month 1: it's about making Google trust your site
month 2: it's about building topical authority
month 3: it's when you look at what's ranking position 8-20 in GSC and turn those into your biggest wins
most makers skip the foundation and 6 months later they wonder why nothing's moving
I put the exact week-by-week breakdown into a free 90 day sprint sheet - every task, in order, linked to the right tool

Hey @grok, what should I build in Claude to reach $10,000 MRR in a month?
English

I grew the 𝕏 account of @vitaliidodonov from 0 to 10K followers in just 3 months.
Lots of people have asked me how I did it.
So I just wrote up an entire PDF explaining my strategy.
If you want the full case study doc for FREE, reply "DOC" and I'll DM it to you right now.

RELEASING Scribe Tomorrow 🚨
Most AI writing tools produce content nobody reads.
You paste a prompt. You get a post that sounds like every other AI post on the platform.
Generic hooks. No voice. No point of view.
We've written thousands of posts across 15 industries. We know what hooks stop the scroll. What formats convert. What structure keeps someone reading past line two.
So we (@Layton_Gott and I) built all of that into one tool. It's called Scribe.
Here's what's inside:
→ Trained on real performance data, not just "good writing"
→ Pulls from your brand brief so it sounds like you, not a robot
→ Built for each platform separately. LinkedIn, Twitter, email.
→ Multiple hook variations per post so you pick the strongest angle
→ Takes youTube transcripts, articles, voice notes, etc, and turns them into LinkedIn posts, Twitter short-form hot takes, lead magnets, and even story emails
→ And plenty more formats
We've been building this for months. We're launching early access tomorrow.
You get free access until testing ends. Then an exclusive discount that will not come back so you can continue using it.

I don't understand why LinkedIn doesn't create a useful API (not like now), like @X for example, or a marketplace for verified apps.
I think censoring the players that make LinkedIn a cool platform is a really dumb move.
Also, as a customer of @heyreach_io I used the product without a single problem in 2 projects so far.

HeyReach got removed from LinkedIn 2 days ago.
the company page and the founders' profiles were deleted.
some people out there called it "the death of HeyReach". (yep, it sucks to see your company logo on a grave)
➡️ THE REALITY:
> we added $18K MRR in just 2 days
> just crossed $13M ARR (70%+ net profit margin), growing $1.5M ARR MoM
> received huge support from our users, partners, creators, experts, community
too early to say, but I have a feeling that this spun a Streisand effect.

Yesterday the Vatis Tech web app reached $100k in total revenue.
The winning distribution channel? Multilingual SEO.
Best margin, easiest to obtain, and I enjoyed building this product the most.
This is different from our main business at Vatis Tech (the API infrastructure).
The web app serves individuals and small teams like journalists, students, or podcasters. In a nutshell: people with long-form content to transcribe.
Average file length: 43.12 minutes.
What the app does:
1. Transcribe with synchronized text and audio (karaoke style)
2. Export as PDF/DOCX/SRT
3. AI translation for videos in other languages
4. AI Assistant for summaries, chapters, quotes, repurposing content
Simple. Focused.
How we built distribution for this product:
A lesson I've learned during the years is each product has its winning distribution channel. And it can be completely different from product to product.
For our web app, our winner: SEO and word of mouth.
Makes sense when you think about it because people search on Google when they need to transcribe something.
But the specific insight that actually moved the needle: multilingual SEO.
We optimized for Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, and German.
People search in their own language and for a transcription app a lot of searches happen in non-English queries.
What worked for our API business doesn't work for the web app because each product has different customers and different buying behavior.
All you have to do is to test multiple distribution channels and learn fast. Double down on what actually works for your specific product and customer.
