🔨 This run is the final nail in my coffin ⚰️ With this run I feel like my old self - overweight, lazy, unmotivated, unhealthy, undisciplined - is finally buried and a new version has risen from the ashes like a phoenix! 🐦‍🔥 With this run I’m finally going to be below 80kg for the first time in over 12 years (when I was a teenager in high school)! I’m 30 now and I’m in the best shape of my life! I’m happy and I’m super proud! I feel like I can do anything I put my mind to. This journey started almost 2 years ago when I was at 104kg. And unlike the previous times when I lost weight (a lot of it) - I took it easy. I wanted to learn more about myself and finally do it the right way! Losing weight is easy. Keep it off and forming lifelong habits is the hard part! This run marks a historical moment. I changed my life 180 degrees and I’m never going to be the same as before! There’s still work to be done. Florin 3.0 is here to stay! 💪 I hope this post will inspire you to prioritize your health. 💜
