I remember when I watched your podcast man, I genuinely admired what you built and I was happy paying $400/mo for two Max accounts. Then your system breaks, I'm the one who reports it, and somehow I'm the one who gets punished and ghosted.
This was so easy to fix, it was clearly on Anthropic's side, instead you guys just went silent and left me with nothing but a bitter taste from a company I used to recommend to everyone.
