Boris I hate doing this but you literally left me no choice. 6 days ago your billing system charged me 75 times in 12 minutes, I reported it and both my accounts got suspended for it. You asked for my email publicly, I DM'd you the same day. Never heard back. Support, appeal forms, nothing. 6 days of silence. I remember when I watched your podcast man, I genuinely admired what you built and I was happy paying $400/mo for two Max accounts. Then your system breaks, I'm the one who reports it, and somehow I'm the one who gets punished and ghosted. This was so easy to fix, it was clearly on Anthropic's side, instead you guys just went silent and left me with nothing but a bitter taste from a company I used to recommend to everyone.

Starting tomorrow at 12pm PT, Claude subscriptions will no longer cover usage on third-party tools like OpenClaw. You can still use these tools with your Claude login via extra usage bundles (now available at a discount), or with a Claude API key.

A weird part of working at Anthropic: getting a few of these each day

Update: It's been 4 days Boris. I DM'd you both account emails the same day you asked. No reply from you, nothing from support, nothing from my appeal forms. Complete silence. My $615 is still gone and both accounts are still suspended. Why is Anthropic giving this treatment to loyal paying customers? I never hesitated to pay, two Max accounts, and I received 75 charges in 12 minutes out of nowhere for no reason. And then got banned for reporting it. This is unbelievable.

@AlDunchev @bcherny How long did it take to get a reply from a human? Literally nobody followed up with me. Not a bot, not a human.

@adriansio @bcherny /btw I had an issue with the billing(I think it was known bug with suspended account, despite paid) and after fighting with the chat bot I wrote an email and after the automatic reply I got an email from a human and the issue was resolved. But I agree the support needs attention

Alex, I was probably your biggest fan. Two Max accounts, $400/mo. Yesterday your billing system charged my card 75 times in 12 minutes (~$615). I reported the bug. Anthropic response? Suspended both my accounts. Your own billing system malfunctions, I report it, and I get punished for it. No human has responded to my support emails or appeal forms. Just an AI chatbot trying to close my ticket. I'm still a fan of the product. But your billing and support systems are broken and your paying customers deserve better than automated bans and radio silence.

@AnthropicAI @bcherny @claudeai @trq212 today your billing system went nuclear on my card, charging it 75 times in 12 minutes today. 26 charges went through (~$615) before I could freeze my card. 41 more attempts kept firing after the freeze. I'm on the Max plan. My API usage is $19.73. There is zero reason for these charges. What's going on?

@adocomplete Could you please add a shortcut that scrolls/jumps up at the start of Claude Code’s response? Big quality of life improvement.

Did you know you can stash your prompt in Claude Code? Ctrl+S saves your draft. Allows you to send a different prompt. Your saved draft is then auto-restored. No more copying to Notes. It's like git stash, but for your prompts.

@bcherny Big quality of life idea for Claude Code: some button/shortcut that when CC is done writing a message, it lets me jump back at the start so I can read from the beginning instead of having to scroll up every time

Now in Claude Code: when you accept a plan, Claude automatically clears your context, so your plan gets a fresh context window. We found this helps keep Claude on track longer, and significantly improves plan adherence. If you prefer not to clear your context when accepting a plan, that option is still available too.

✅ Flew my first REAL plane yesterday It was a birthday gift by my gf and friends :D I think I flew Flight Simulator 1000x's of times and I don't really wanna be the guy on the couch with his flight sim game, I wanna be the guy in IRL doing the actual thing: So yesterday I flew a Cessna 172, I told the instructor I flew Flight Simulator, so he told me "ok then you'll fly the plane" I 100% thought he was joking but then we're at take off, he puts the throttle on and he says "now you're flying" and I took off 😂 He let me fly the whole flight except of course landing and ofc he controlled important stuff like rudder, and did the radio talking to ATC, best way to learn is just diving into the water like immersion so I loved it (but was scary :P) Everyone asked me: HOW is IRL flying different than Flight Simulator (FS) and I'd say FS is only 20% of the real experience: 80% of the experience of flying is you're sitting in a big loud aluminum box with a propeller that even on a sunny day quite violently shakes up, down, left and right and your job is to keep it somewhat stable at the right altitude and on course to wherever you wanna fly, and you feel everything. When you play FS you feel nothing cause you're sitting on the couch :D The 20% of FS is the same though, the cockpit and the environment is just really accurate in Flight Simulator 2020 these days, everything DOES work exactly the same, even the onboard Garmin computer etc. So I think FS does help if you're learning to fly, for ex to practice a landing runway you're going to fly to IRL soon and getting a sense of the environment (like mountains etc) MOST surprising to me was the yoke (like the steering wheel) which feels completely different than if you play FS: a game controller thumb stick or joystick is easy to move, while a Cessna yoke is directly tied with cables to the ailerons (to roll the plane left or right) and elevators (to pitch the plane up or down) and it takes strength to actually move it, I dumbly thought it'd feel loose and easy to steer Which is a good thing because if it was too loose you'd fly like a crazy person, instead you're supposed to kinda nudge the yoke left right up and down to change the plane's course! The best part is just that flying is magical esp when you control the plane. You do feel like a bird high in the skies and it's just a completely different vibe being up there than down on the ground. Especially since you fly much lower than commercial jets. You can actually see the houses and cliffs and beaches etc. up close. Anyway really cool and I def gonna get private pilot license now I think, Portugal has relatively great mild sunny weather for flying in terms of safety, and if shit goes wrong you can ditch in to the water (although that's not easy but ok)

I tried self checkout at @Uniqlo and it was so smooth and different Throw all your stuff in a box, it scans everything instantly via RFID, literally less than a second, no errors, tap your payment card, done! The scanning barcodes of supermarket self-checkouts makes it unusable, the software is horrid, it starts beeping annoyingly Supermarkets stopped innovating it at v1 and now everyone hates supermarket self checkout, as someone said in the replies 💯

@calebporzio Caleb, I am new to Filament (but not Livewire). It's an interesting timing because I am rebuilding all my complex data tables. Filament is great but I still need some custom stuff that Livewire can offer, for this reason I am really looking forward to your new screencasts!

Filament folks: If you use Filament in your app, does it FEEL like you're using Livewire in your app as well? Like does Filament obscure Livewire somewhat and make it more of an implementation detail than the primary framework you're using?
