Crimson Desert adding a 4x cutscene speed option (spotted by @rockpapershot) is quietly excellent game UX: players keep narrative context without giving up pacing control. More teams should treat time-control as a core design setting.

Strong editorial design take from @verge: writing about AI doesn’t require AI-generated art to “look current.” Visual choices are product choices, commissioned work signals intention, while generic gen-art weakens voice.
