PART TWO OF NEXUS IN EDUCATION DEPARTMENT GNCTD AND VIGILANCE DELHI पहले @Dir_Education के भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों ने Mount Columbus School के दस्तावेजों के आधार पर Shivananda Vidya Bhawan School की recognition बहाल कर दी। जब यह गड़बड़ी उजागर होने लगी और अधिकारियों की चोरी पकड़े जाने का खतरा बढ़ा, तब एक “unholy nexus” के तहत 25.06.2014 को फर्जी एवं fabricated documents के आधार पर स्कूल का नाम बदलने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई। हैरानी की बात यह है कि Section 5 read with Rule 59 DSEAR के अनुसार वैध Scheme of Management अस्तित्व में ही नहीं थी, फिर भी 19.10.2015 को नाम परिवर्तन मंजूर कर दिया गया। DOE ने अपने Nominee Members बाद में 07.06.2016 को नियुक्त किए। सबसे गंभीर तथ्य यह है कि इसी भ्रामक एवं manipulated रिकॉर्ड के आधार पर Hon’ble @LtGovDelhi को भी पूरे प्रकरण में गुमराह किया गया। Vigilance शिकायतों के बावजूद आज तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं। आखिर इस Nexus को संरक्षण कौन दे रहा है? @narendramodi @AmitShah @BJP4Delhi @gupta_rekha @ashishsood_bjp @SanjayAzadSln @INCIndia

PART ONE UNHOLY NEXUS @Dir_Education के अधिकारियों ने ऐसे स्कूल की फर्जी इंस्पेक्शन कर दी जो उस समय अस्तित्व में ही नहीं था। जिस जमीन पर Society द्वारा Mount Columbus School चलाया जा रहा था, उसी के आधार पर Shivananda Vidya Bhawan School की मान्यता RTE के नाम पर Class 6 से 10 तक बहाल कर दी गई, जबकि RTE Act केवल Class 8 तक लागू होता है। सबसे गंभीर बात यह है कि जिस Inspection Committee की Chairperson के रूप में तत्कालीन अधिकारी Smt. Renu Sharma ने इस स्कूल की Inspection की थी, वही अधिकारी सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद उसी स्कूल की Managing Committee की Member बन गईं। यह पूरे मामले में गंभीर Conflict of Interest, मिलीभगत और भ्रष्टाचार की ओर संकेत करता है। इतना ही नहीं, @LtGovDelhi महोदय को भी गलत तथ्यों के आधार पर गुमराह किया गया। दिल्ली Vigilance Department को सारे documentary evidence देने के बावजूद आज तक दोषी अधिकारियों पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं! @narendramodi @AmitShah @BJP4Delhi “Zero Tolerance Against Corruption” की बात करती है, फिर दिल्ली Vigilance Department भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों पर चुप क्यों बैठा है? @AamAadmiParty @RahulGandhi @Saurabh_MLAgk #Delhi #EducationScam #Corruption #Vigilance

I can walk into any private school in Delhi for an inspection, anytime. Every school will state it clearly on its notice board, on its website, and at any store it operates that parents are free to buy uniforms, books and stationery from anywhere. There will be no coercion, no captive buying, no single-vendor diktat. Ensure this without exception. Any violation, any manipulation, will invite the toughest action available under the law. The decision of Kejriwal not to participate in the CBI appeal challenging his discharge,before Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma is a correct & justified decision. Undoubtedly,in the facts of this case, he has a reasonable apprehension of bias. I would say his apprehension is justified

माननीय महोदय, एक तरफ Fire Safety Week पर बड़े-बड़े दावे, दूसरी तरफ ज़मीनी हकीकत बिल्कुल उलट। मेरी दिनांक 09.12.2025 की शिकायत आज तक लंबित है , छतरपुर new delhi में 600 गज में बना 5 मंजिला अवैध भवन, जिसमें बिना Fire Safety Certificate के लोग रह रहे हैं। न तो Delhi Fire Service ने निरीक्षण किया, न ही कोई कार्रवाई हुई। क्या किसी बड़ी दुर्घटना का इंतज़ार किया जा रहा है? यह सीधे तौर पर जनता की जान से खिलवाड़ है। कृपया तुरंत संज्ञान लिया जाए @DelhiGovDigital @MCD_Delhi @SanjayAzadSln @bjp4delhiwest @Saurabh_MLAgk @Tanwarofficial

Reviewed the functioning of the Delhi Fire Service, focusing on modernization, infrastructure upgrades, and strengthening personnel capacity to enhance Delhi’s emergency response system. While examining the proposed amendments to the Delhi Fire Service Rules, 2010, emphasized the need for broad-based consultations with residents, businessmen, and traders to ensure the framework is inclusive, practical, and effective. Aligned with the vision of Hon’ble PM Shri @narendramodi Ji, every regulatory framework must promote ‘Ease of Living’ and ‘Ease of Doing Business’-ensuring robust fire safety without creating unnecessary hurdles for citizens. In view of the rising summer temperatures, also reviewed the Department’s Summer Action Plan and directed heightened vigilance. Additionally, stressed the importance of a comprehensive public awareness campaign to educate citizens on preventive measures, regulatory safeguards, and effective emergency response practices.

थोड़ी सी समझदारी से बच सकती है करोड़ों की बर्बादी और जनता की परेशानी! #Khanpur MB रोड पर सड़क के बीचों-बीच #PNG पाइपलाइन डालने का कार्य अभी भी जारी है (फोटो संलग्न)। यह लाइन फुटपाथ से लगभग 15 फीट दूर, सड़क के बीच में डाली जा रही है—जहां से रोज़ाना भारी ट्रैफिक गुजरता है और आने वाले समय में मेट्रो विस्तार व एलिवेटेड रोड के बाद और भी बढ़ेगा। @OfficialDMRC द्वारा जवाब में कहा गया कि यह IGL का कार्य है, लाइन 1.5–2 मीटर गहराई पर डाली जा रही है और इस हिस्से से भविष्य में कोई कनेक्शन नहीं दिया जाएगा। लेकिन सवाल अभी भी कायम हैं: 1️⃣ जब सड़क के बीच से ही भारी ट्रैफिक गुजरेगा, तो क्या यह लंबे समय में सुरक्षित रहेगा? 2️⃣ अगर भविष्य में किसी कारण से मरम्मत/मेंटेनेंस की जरूरत पड़ी, तो क्या फिर से सड़क नहीं खोदी जाएगी? 3️⃣ जब फुटपाथ के पास सुरक्षित विकल्प उपलब्ध है, तो बीच सड़क में लाइन डालने की क्या मजबूरी है? अभी भी समय है—योजना की समीक्षा कर इस लाइन को फुटपाथ के पास शिफ्ट किया जाए, ताकि भविष्य में बार-बार सड़क तोड़ने, ट्रैफिक जाम और सार्वजनिक धन की बर्बादी से बचा जा सके। #PublicFunds #CitizenComplaint #DelhiNCR #SaveResources @LtGovDelhi @PMOIndia @PetroleumMin @HardeepSPuri @PNGRB_

Khanpur MB रोड पर सड़क के बीचों-बीच #PNG पाइपलाइन डाली जा रही है, जबकि इसे फुटपाथ के पास डाला जा सकता है। वर्तमान में यह कार्य अभी जारी है और लाइन डाली जा रही है,लेकिन इसी स्तर पर सही निर्णय लेकर बड़ी समस्या से बचा जा सकता है। यह गैस लाइन फुटपाथ से लगभग 15 फीट दूर, सड़क के बीच में बिछाई जा रही है, जहां से रोज़ाना भारी ट्रैफिक गुजरेगा और आने वाले समय में और बढ़ेगा। आने वाले समय में मेट्रो विस्तार और एलिवेटेड रोड का कार्य पूरा होने के बाद, इसी मार्ग से और भी भारी ट्रैफिक निकलेगा। ऐसे में सड़क के बीच डाली गई इस पाइपलाइन के ऊपर से लगातार भारी लोड गुजरना सुरक्षा और रखरखाव की दृष्टि से गंभीर चिंता का विषय है। जब नए कनेक्शन दिए जाएंगे या मरम्मत होगी, तो क्या हर बार सड़क को फिर से खोदा जाएगा? इससे ट्रैफिक जाम, जनता की परेशानी और सार्वजनिक धन की बर्बादी तय है। अभी भी समय है. @OfficialDMRC, @IglGas और @PetroleumMin समन्वय बनाकर इस लाइन को फुटपाथ के पास शिफ्ट करें, ताकि भविष्य में बार-बार सड़क तोड़ने की जरूरत न पड़े। #PublicFunds #CitizenComplaint #DelhiNCR #SaveResources @LtGovDelhi @PMOIndia @AmitShah @gupta_rekha @ArvindKejriwal @Saurabh_MLAgk @RahulGandhi

कल CBSE का Roll number लेकर आयेंगे 16.2.2026 1:00 बजे दोपहर Apeejay School, Saket भाजपा सरकार और प्राइवेट स्कूल की गुंडागर्दी नहीं चलने देंगे परसों CBSE की परीक्षा है और Apeejay School (Saket) ने बच्चों के Roll number रोक दिए हैं और बढ़ी हुई फीस देने के लिए पैरेंट्स को ब्लैकमेल किया जा रहा है ।
