@MCC_Members Agree, I accessed the reserve 4 out of 5 test cricket days last year and now I am down to 1 possibly 2 if the test goes that long! I much prefer the cricket to footy so sad I have to pay to access the reserve I am a provisional member

I haven’t seen many Tribute to Tony Bennett Videos. So, i’ll throw mine out there. To the man who changed my life and inspired so many of us—thank you.

What are the best PE ball games you play with a class size group indoors and in a medium sized hall?

At the start of the school year, I always download my timetable into my email calendar so it syncs across to Teams and the calendar apps across all my devices. 15 min reminders placed on all lessons. I admire people who have their timetables and meetings only in their brains.

@dr_golledge @ashleypratt @EduSum Our meetings were online. We had a 2.20pm rule which meant that we could leave if we weren’t teaching or had after school duty. Best thing ever! Recognised our efforts and we felt trusted as professionals. Tbh I have had better connections with my team online.

@mrsfint Agree. It reminds me I need to send a couple of letters from the school franking machine.

@innejf Our hearing loss student in VIC had to use the mic connected to their hearing aid when we had masks in the classroom. Another idea is a sound tower (ROGER system) which would benefit all students.

Anyone in the know know what we are doing about the classroom teachers of students with hearing loss? We have to wear masks but is there an alternative I can offer my teachers to still support our hearing loss kids? #aussieED #inclusion

@EduScholar007 Mmm you would be sick of them after about two minutes. They would want you to buy everything too.

@aec8p TBH I felt a little weird going in there without kids! Can I borrow yours next time so I don’t look like such a nerd?

@jonesytheteachr Well yes, I think for us we have done so much remote in the past year, we could pivot quickly. We already had our MS teams for classes set up on day 1 etc. It depends on how long the lockdown will remain. Hopefully not too long!

@jonesytheteachr We got a pupil free day ahead of the most recent lockdown in VIC but no compensation this time around in terms of a work from home $$. Last year for the second lockdown they extended school holidays for k-10 and the seniors went back.
