Blocks are wks of training arranged to drive adaptation. Intro: New movements are intro’d and old ones are patterned. Load: ⬆️load to elicit stress. De-Load: Rreduction in volume to allow for recovery. 3 up 1 down.Dose response relationship is hardly linear but serve as a guide.
