"It's called the Army-Navy game, tickets go on sale soon, but no one actually knows this. It's a very mythical ticketing process. I think you need to donate like 5 dollars and you get a ticket or something. Also, everyone knows the game is always the second Saturday in December. It's been that way for like 500 years. But people don't actually know when the game is. They could literally just google it but people will go all year not knowing when the game is. Oh, and round 800 people ask Drunk Old Grad how they can get tickets to the game. Then all those people never end up going because they forgot about their friend's cousin's wedding that has been booked that second Saturday in December for the last six years. Yeah, I'm pretty stoked for the game this year in Boston. Next year it's in Miami."

Fast Eccentric Reps: 3 sets shown in thread. WATCH THE SPEED OF THESE SQUATS! Coming out of Springball with our Line Group. Changing the stimulus for the Squat. Challenges our ability to decelerate quickly and create force. Increases our stretch reflex response. In the past I have seen guys hit PRs for Singles after doing this for just 3 weeks. 2x3 @ 50% 1x3 @ 60% 1x3 @ 70% 5x3 working sets.
