@IRCTCofficial It has been more than a month and I 've not received a refund of my cancelled ticket. Customer support care personnel have no answer. Multiple e-queries raised and nothing comes out of it meaningful. How to resolve it?

@IRCTCofficial Who can tell me what the reason for the delay is in the refund. Even I don't know whether you are really looking into it.
