All scheduled Emirates flights to and from Dubai remain suspended until 2359hrs UAE time on 7 March, due to airspace closures across the region. @nicoleeeeee_o @EmiratesSupport @emirates I would appreciate Dubai finally communicating with Hotels. Abu Dhabi handled this very well, Dubai so far is a failure in this regard.

@EmiratesSupport @emirates My mother and I are stranded in Dubai after our flight to London on 4 March was cancelled. The website won't let us rebook and we can't reach anyone by phone. Hotels cost 500 AED/night and we can't afford to stay indefinitely. Please help rebook us.

@EmiratesSupport Checked in on EK109 2 MAR, cancelled and stranded in DXB since 28 FEB. My base is MLA and not DXB. Right now at the Sheraton and paying by myself. What is the current status pls and how can we claim hotel cost coverage or reimbursement?
