At one point in my life academia was my thing - BA in Philosophy, MDiv with a focus on philosophy of religion and an MA, ABD in Religion with an emphasis on religion and history. But academia and I divorced due to irreconcilable differences. I miss it - life just hasn’t been the same - when one of your goals and loves gets squashed sometimes its hard to recover…20 years later and still it stings.
